Most clients are candidates for dermaplaning, except those with active acne or severely sensitive skin. Once your esthetician feels your skin is in a good state, they can recommend dermaplaning if it is a fit.

Avoid sun exposure, makeup, exfoliants, and harsh products for 24 to 48 hours. Keep skin hydrated and wear SPF daily.

Body hair should be about the length of a grain of rice. Avoid retinols, exfoliating acids, and excessive exfoliation before your appointment.

Avoid heat, sweating, tanning, exfoliants, and touching the area for 24 to 48 hours to prevent irritation. Gently exfoliate after 72 hours and every 3 to 4 days to help prevent ingrown hairs. Do not shave or tweeze hairs between appointments, as this restarts the hair removal cycle. Rebook every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain results.

Arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oils, or lash glue. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid caffeine before your appointment.

Classic lashes create a natural look. Hybrid or Angel lashes create a fuller look with texture. Volume lashes create the darkest and fullest result. Your lash artist will help customize the right set for your eye shape and goals.

Keep lashes dry for 24 hours, cleanse daily with oil-free products, avoid mascara and lash curling, and return every 2 to 3 weeks for fills.

Exfoliate and avoid lotions or deodorant before your appointment. After tanning, avoid water and sweating for 6 to 8 hours and moisturize daily to extend results.
