Injectables

Botox & Filler

Botulinum toxin, such as Botox®, relaxes muscles to soften wrinkles, while dermal filler restores volume, enhances features, and improves facial balance.

Botulinum toxin typically lasts around 3 months. Dermal filler can last anywhere from 6 to 18 months depending on the area treated.

PRF EZ Gel

PRF EZ Gel is a natural injectable treatment made from your own blood. It combines platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) with heat-treated albumin to create a smooth gel that provides subtle volume while stimulating collagen production and tissue regeneration.

Under-eye hollows and dark circles**

Fine lines and wrinkles

Volume loss

Crepey skin

Nasolabial folds

Marionette lines

Skin texture and elasticity

Unlike traditional hyaluronic acid fillers, PRF EZ Gel contains no synthetic ingredients. Instead of simply filling an area, it encourages your body to produce collagen, resulting in gradual, natural-looking improvements.

A small amount of blood is drawn, processed in a centrifuge, and transformed into EZ Gel. The gel is then injected into the treatment area using precise techniques. The appointment time is about 60 minutes.

Most patients return to normal activities within 24 hours. Mild swelling or bruising may occur for a few days.

At RBF, we recommend a series of 2–3 treatments spaced several weeks apart for optimal results, followed by maintenance treatments as needed.

Skin Rejuvenation

Microneedling

Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that uses tiny, sterile needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This process stimulates your body's natural healing response, boosting collagen and elastin production for smoother, firmer, and healthier-looking skin.

Microneedling can improve fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, enlarged pores, uneven skin texture, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks, and overall skin tone and firmness.

A topical numbing cream is applied before treatment to keep you comfortable. Most patients describe the procedure as feeling like light pressure or a mild scratching sensation.

For 24 hours after treatment, you cannot wash, touch, or apply anything to the treated area. Most clients experience redness and dryness for 24 to 48 hours. Skin typically returns to normal within a few days.

Your skin may appear pink or red, similar to a mild sunburn, for 24–72 hours. Some dryness, tightness, or light peeling is normal as your skin heals. Within the first 24 hours you should also avoid putting anything on your face, as well as protecting your skin from UV rays following that.

For the first 24–48 hours, avoid excessive sweating, strenuous exercise, direct sun exposure, swimming, hot tubs, saunas, makeup (unless otherwise instructed), and active skincare ingredients such as retinol or exfoliating acids. Be sure to wear sunscreen daily and keep your skin well hydrated.

VAMP by prollenium

Prollenium VAMP™ is a premium microneedling serum formulated with polynucleotides, hyaluronic acid, amino acids, vitamins, and antioxidants. It is designed to deeply hydrate the skin while supporting collagen production and tissue repair, helping improve skin elasticity, brightness, texture, and overall skin quality.

PRF

Adding PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) to microneedling enhances your skin's natural healing process using growth factors from your own blood. It can boost collagen production, improve skin texture and tone, reduce the appearance of fine lines and acne scars, and promote faster healing with minimal downtime.

Stem Cells

Stem cell-derived exosomes are regenerative messengers that contain growth factors, peptides, and signaling molecules that support skin repair and healing. When applied during microneedling, they may help reduce inflammation, speed recovery, and enhance improvements in skin texture, tone, and overall rejuvenation.

VAMP (Salmon DNA / PDRN Skin Booster by Revanesse)

VAMP is a bio-revitalizing skin booster that contains PDRN, or polydeoxyribonucleotide, derived from salmon DNA, combined with hydrating and skin-repairing ingredients. It is designed to improve overall skin quality rather than add volume like traditional fillers.

PDRN is a regenerative molecule that supports skin healing, collagen production, and tissue repair at a cellular level.

VAMP works by delivering PDRN, or salmon DNA fragments, into the skin through microchannels. This is typically done after microneedling or laser, or through superficial delivery depending on protocol.

Once absorbed, it helps:

  • Stimulate fibroblast activity for collagen and elastin production
  • Accelerate skin repair and regeneration
  • Improve hydration and barrier function
  • Reduce inflammation and oxidative stress
  • Enhance overall skin texture and tone

Think of it as a cellular repair and glow booster rather than a volumizing treatment.

VAMP is commonly used for:

  • Dull or tired-looking skin
  • Fine lines and early aging
  • Acne scars and textural irregularities
  • Enlarged pores
  • Uneven skin tone
  • Dehydrated or damaged skin barrier
  • Post-laser or post-procedure healing support

PDRN is extracted from salmon DNA because it is highly biocompatible with human skin cells. It is known to support cellular regeneration, improve skin elasticity, increase hydration levels, promote faster healing after procedures, and strengthen the skin barrier.

This is why it is often called a regenerative skin booster in aesthetic medicine.

No. VAMP does not add volume or structure like dermal fillers used for areas such as the lips or cheeks.

Fillers lift and shape facial features, while VAMP improves skin quality, glow, and texture. Many patients combine both for full facial rejuvenation.

VAMP is often used as a post-laser recovery and enhancement treatment because it supports healing while amplifying results.

After PicoFY:

Pico treatments break down pigment and stimulate collagen. Adding VAMP afterward can soothe and calm the skin, support faster recovery and barrier repair, enhance hydration and glow, improve clarity and evenness of tone, and boost overall skin radiance.

After Tetra Pro CO₂:

Tetra Pro creates controlled skin resurfacing and deeper collagen remodeling. VAMP can accelerate healing during the recovery phase, support new collagen formation, reduce post-treatment dryness and inflammation, improve texture refinement, and enhance long-term rejuvenation results.

In simple terms, PicoFY and Tetra Pro rebuild the skin, while VAMP helps optimize how the skin heals and glows afterward.

Patients typically notice brighter, more hydrated skin, smoother texture, reduced dullness, improved elasticity over time, and a healthy glass skin glow effect. Results build gradually over a series of treatments.

VAMP is considered a low-downtime treatment. Mild redness or sensitivity may last 1 to 3 days, and temporary swelling may occur depending on the method used. Most clients can return to normal activities quickly.

VAMP is ideal for patients who want natural skin regeneration, improved glow and hydration, texture and pore refinement, post-treatment healing support, and a skin-quality-focused treatment that does not add volume.

It is often used as a boost after microneedling or laser treatments for enhanced results.

Facials

Arrive with clean skin if possible and avoid strong exfoliants, retinols, or peels before your appointment.

Avoid touching your face, wearing makeup, excessive heat, sweating, and active skincare products for 24 to 48 hours after treatment.

Most clients are candidates for dermaplaning, except those with active acne or severely sensitive skin. Once your esthetician feels your skin is in a good state, they can recommend dermaplaning if it is a fit.

Avoid sun exposure, makeup, exfoliants, and harsh products for 24 to 48 hours. Keep skin hydrated and wear SPF daily.

Laser / Advanced Treatments

Picofy Questions

Picofy delivers laser energy in trillionths of a second. This ultra-fast energy breaks pigment into tiny particles that the body naturally eliminates while also triggering collagen and elastin production beneath the skin’s surface.

Picofy can help improve sun spots, age spots, freckles, melasma, uneven tone, hyperpigmentation, acne scars, enlarged pores, fine lines, dullness, aging skin, and unwanted tattoos.

Picofy is safe for many skin types and tones. During your consultation, your provider will evaluate your skin and determine whether Picofy is the right treatment for your goals.

Most clients find Picofy very tolerable. You may feel a quick snapping sensation during treatment. Depending on the area being treated, a topical numbing cream may be applied beforehand for additional comfort.

Treatment time varies depending on the area being treated, but most Picofy sessions take between 15 and 45 minutes.

Most clients experience little to no downtime. Mild redness or swelling may occur immediately after treatment and typically resolves within a few hours to a few days. Pigmented spots may temporarily darken before naturally fading.

The number of treatments depends on your concerns and goals. Many clients benefit from a series of 3 to 5 treatments spaced several weeks apart. Tattoo removal and deeper pigmentation concerns may require additional sessions.

Some clients notice improvement after their first treatment. Pigmentation often begins to fade within a few weeks, while collagen production and skin texture improvements continue to develop over several months.

Yes. Picofy stimulates collagen remodeling, which can improve the appearance of mild to moderate acne scars and uneven skin texture over time.

Yes. Picofy can target unwanted tattoo ink by breaking it into smaller particles that are gradually cleared by the body’s immune system. Multiple treatments are typically required depending on the tattoo’s size, color, and age.

Picofy may help improve melasma and certain pigmentation concerns when included in a comprehensive treatment plan. Because melasma can be complex, your provider will discuss realistic expectations and maintenance recommendations.

After treatment, wear sunscreen daily, avoid excessive sun exposure, follow your provider’s skincare instructions, and avoid picking or scrubbing treated areas.

Most clients can resume wearing makeup within 24 hours, depending on the treatment performed and your provider’s recommendations.

Tetra Pro CO₂ Questions

Tetra Pro is an advanced CO₂ laser resurfacing system designed to improve skin texture, reduce wrinkles, soften scars, and restore overall skin quality. It works by removing damaged outer layers of skin while stimulating deep collagen remodeling for long-term rejuvenation.

Tetra Pro uses fractional CO₂ laser energy to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. This process removes damaged skin cells and heats deeper layers to stimulate collagen production and skin renewal.

Tetra Pro is commonly used to improve fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, uneven tone, rough texture, acne scars, surgical scars, enlarged pores, mild to moderate skin laxity, and dull or aging skin.

CoolPeel is a treatment mode available on the Tetra Pro platform. CoolPeel is a lighter resurfacing treatment that improves tone, texture, and sun damage with minimal downtime. Traditional fractional CO₂ settings are more intensive and are designed for deeper wrinkles, scars, and stronger collagen remodeling with longer recovery time.

Tetra Pro can be used safely on many skin types, but CO₂ laser resurfacing is more commonly recommended for lighter to medium skin tones due to the risk of pigmentation changes. A consultation is required to determine if it is right for your skin.

Most clients describe the treatment as tolerable. A topical numbing cream is typically applied beforehand to improve comfort. You may feel heat or a snapping sensation during treatment.

Treatment time varies depending on the area and intensity, but most sessions take between 15 and 60 minutes.

Downtime depends on treatment depth. CoolPeel may involve 1 to 3 days of mild redness and dryness. Moderate treatments may involve 3 to 7 days of peeling and redness. Deeper resurfacing may require 7 to 14 or more days of recovery.

Some clients see improvement after one treatment, while others benefit from a series of 2 to 3 treatments spaced several weeks apart. Deeper scars or wrinkles may require a longer treatment plan.

Initial improvements in brightness and texture may be seen within 1 to 2 weeks. Collagen remodeling continues over several months, with results gradually improving for up to 3 to 6 months after treatment.

Yes. Tetra Pro is one of the most effective treatments for improving acne scars by resurfacing damaged skin and stimulating collagen production to smooth texture over time.

Tetra Pro is a fractional CO₂ resurfacing laser that removes damaged skin and stimulates deep collagen remodeling for texture, wrinkles, and scars. Pico lasers primarily target pigment, discoloration, and tattoos using ultra-fast pulses with minimal heat.

Makeup is usually avoided until the skin has fully re-epithelialized, typically 3 to 7 days depending on treatment intensity. Your provider will give specific guidance based on your treatment plan.

Beauty & Maintenance

Most clients are candidates for dermaplaning, except those with active acne or severely sensitive skin. Once your esthetician feels your skin is in a good state, they can recommend dermaplaning if it is a fit.

Avoid sun exposure, makeup, exfoliants, and harsh products for 24 to 48 hours. Keep skin hydrated and wear SPF daily.

Body hair should be about the length of a grain of rice. Avoid retinols, exfoliating acids, and excessive exfoliation before your appointment.

Avoid heat, sweating, tanning, exfoliants, and touching the area for 24 to 48 hours to prevent irritation. Gently exfoliate after 72 hours and every 3 to 4 days to help prevent ingrown hairs. Do not shave or tweeze hairs between appointments, as this restarts the hair removal cycle. Rebook every 4 to 6 weeks to maintain results.

Arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oils, or lash glue. Wear comfortable clothing and avoid caffeine before your appointment.

Classic lashes create a natural look. Hybrid or Angel lashes create a fuller look with texture. Volume lashes create the darkest and fullest result. Your lash artist will help customize the right set for your eye shape and goals.

Keep lashes dry for 24 hours, cleanse daily with oil-free products, avoid mascara and lash curling, and return every 2 to 3 weeks for fills.

Exfoliate and avoid lotions or deodorant before your appointment. After tanning, avoid water and sweating for 6 to 8 hours and moisturize daily to extend results.

RBF uses premium Norvell tanning solutions, known for natural-looking, customizable color without orange tones. All formulas are vegan, cruelty-free, and skin-friendly.

Wellness

Semaglutide is the active ingredient in GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic and Wegovy. It mimics a hormone called glucagon-like peptide-1, which we naturally produce in the intestines. When prescribed and clinically appropriate, it may help regulate appetite, support blood sugar control, reduce cravings, and help clients feel fuller faster.

Lipotropic injections contain methionine, inositol, and choline, along with essential vitamins such as B12. These injections are designed to support metabolism, energy levels, and fat breakdown. Lipotropics are typically injected in office by a healthcare provider into a muscle.

Results vary, but many clients lose 15 to 20 pounds over 6 to 7 months with Semaglutide when combined with healthy lifestyle changes. Your provider will review your goals, health history, and progress throughout your plan.

Common side effects may include nausea, constipation, diarrhea, or fatigue, especially during dose increases. Your provider will discuss possible side effects, safety considerations, and when to reach out with concerns.

Focus on lean protein, fiber-rich foods, fruits, vegetables, hydration, and limiting processed or sugary foods. Your provider can help you create a plan that supports your medication, lifestyle, and long-term results.
